A significant part of product development when manufacturing large system and machines is constructing prototypes that are very costly and require a lot of resources. Existing systems can be serviced using VR. During the service process, the utilized software allows for simple coordination between the machine builder and machine customer, making it unnecessary to hold ineffective phone calls for, e.g. error codes that can cause misunderstandings. As a result, the source of error can be narrowed down more quickly, and machine downtimes can be reduced by replacing spare parts more quickly.
